Medical / Dental / Vision

We invest in our employee’s health to maintain a motivated and energized workforce. Under our group health plan, MRD provides medical insurance coverage at no cost to the employee. For those who opt out of medical insurance, we provide family dental coverage at no cost. Group dental and vision plans are made available at a low rate for both employees and their families. We also provide funding through a health reimbursement account that covers a large portion of our employee’s out of pocket medical expenses.

Cafeteria Plan

The plan allows employees to use pre-tax dollars for eligible expenses such as:

  • Medical Reimbursement (for out of pocket medical/dental/vision expenses)

  • Dependent Care Reimbursement (for day care expenses related to a child/elderly or disabled family member)

Disability

Disability coverage provides for continued income in the event of an unfortunate accident or illness. MRD provides both short term and long term coverage.

Life Insurance

We believe life insurance is essential for financial protection and we provide employees with life insurance coverage in an amount up to five times salary.

529 Saving Plan

Section 529 savings plans allow employees a tax-advantaged opportunity to pay for qualified educational expenses. By utilizing our payroll deduction option, saving for your child’s college tuition can be convenient, flexible and affordable.

Retirement Plan

Employees are eligible to participate in our retirement plan by deferring pre-tax contributions via payroll deduction, upon completion of 160 hours. Additionally, employees become eligible for the firm’s profit sharing contribution after completion of one year of service.
